Purchased a Chevy Avalanche on 3/28/12. Al was very friendly and told me I would have to bring the truck back for Inspection/Detailing and any other work that needed to be done. I got the truck home and went to work the next day. Got out of work and the battery was totally dead. Had to pay to have my car jumped and took it back to Singh that very same day. They replaced the battery. So far so good. I was driving the very next day and the Service Engine light came on. Took it to my mechanic and they said the Knock Sensors need to be replaced. Called Al..We will fix it. It is covered under the warranty. Also informed Al that the third brake light was not working and must be fixed, the ignition was messed up and it was hard to get the truck started. Ok, everything will be fixed. Also informed them the rotors were making a lot of noise and needed to be replaced or cut. He said they replaced the brakes and the rotors were not changed. Ok. They said they will fix it. Sent an email to them with the list of everything that needed to be done. Took the truck over on Tuesday 4/3/12 and informed them I needed it back by 4/5/12 because I use the truck for towing a trailer and needed it. Called them on 4/4/12. Al told me everything was done. Inspection/Emissions, detail and the third brake light. OK. I asked to speak to the manager. I told the manager about the email with the list of things that needed to be fixed. Al and the manager told me they got the email and they forgot about the knock sensors, ignition and rotors. OK. He said to call tomorrow and everything should be done. Changing the knock sensors involves removing the intake and is a very expensive fix. I talked to my mechanic about it and he said its about $600 to fix. The part itself is only about $40-$80 depending on if you get one or replace both. My warranty covers the engine and transmission so I am eager to see if they actually do the work they are promising. I will be taking it to my mechanic when I get it back to find out what was done. I will post an update to this when I find everything out. I am hoping they are good on there word and warranty. If not, they will be getting the truck back and the finance company will be notified of their actions. More

Worst customer service ever! We called for a silver 04 Jag with 52000 miles $9995. Told us to come to the Beth. lot. Got there no car, showed us other Jags, it was at Allentown. WE ran out of time, went Jag with 52000 miles $9995. Told us to come to the Beth. lot. Got there no car, showed us other Jags, it was at Allentown. WE ran out of time, went to allentown two days later. Saw it liked it wanted it. Could not drive it,no inspection. OK, He didn't want to do our finace now-go home do it on line- realy? ok. Should we leave a deposit? NO later - Went home did the finance that night. Got a call want us to come in to talk to finance MGR, and test drive the car. OK- Went to the apt. no manger he was at the dentist? No car ether- waiting for parts. ( WE LIVE 40 miles away) Mgr will call you latter.OK-3 work days latter no call. We called him,it seemed we were bothering him, YES YOU HAVE THE LOAN- well we wanted to know payment and interest rate- Didnt like the rate we had great credit, Cars old, milage high -it is what it is. Well let drive it see if its worth it? Talked to sales person he will call when its ready. OK- Weak latter we called him No the cars not ready don't wory I wont sell you a bad car call you next week. Called him now two weeks later and The cars got problems Whats wrong? we were waiting for a list of cosmetic things we thought. No its the engine and the tranmision. Oh no we dont want a car with major problems! Lets see if we can fix it, I wont sell you a bad car! He will call next week. No one called for 3 weeks, I look on the web and there it is on sale now for a $8595! What? Then I get a call next day when do I want the car, its ready. Realy I thought it had problems? No Problems I dont sell bad cars! They took it to the "dealer" put in new trans-everything is great no mention of the price reduction. I told him "AL" I think this service is poor. Well my sales person is no loger working there. Its not his fault, the car had problems and old salesperson sucked. He then gave me to the Sales/Finance MGR He was not very apologetic, feel sorry for him- He cut his staff in 1/2 he had lots of problems bla bla bla ( same guy that didn't make our apt.) I hope my experience helps you- I read ALL the reviews did my home work and though it was the right place. It wasn't!!Save yourself time and money and a hit in your credit score. I think we were very paicent. They threw the old sales person under the bus. He sucked yes but why didn't they stay on top of his customers? The car was in the shop, they had our name, our credit aproval!! And how do you lower a price on a "GREAT CAR" when you took it to a JAG dealer to get a new TRANS? What about the engin? Dont worry about the engin.They dont sell bad cars. I hate when people take my niceness as stupidity!!! No hard Sales, but poor service, and fishy cars. Think twice I think lots of people had problems they just walked away. I wish they would have written a review. I think they have too many internal problems I wish I never gave our social security number, way too layed back, and incompetent. NO haggel but no service. Bad mangement, auction and salvage cars. Car Fax ? all seemed good. Please remeber PA is a buyer beware state! Good Luck To All More

Al was very eager to help us get in the car we wanted to purchase, however when it came time to go back & pick up or repair I waited over an hour & nobody was still able to help.
