We made a good deal and there was very little stress involved. The cars are priced so that you dont' spend hours negotiating back and forth. The car was cleaned perfectly and ready to go same day. Overall, my experience with Carl and Singh was a good one. I found the car online and called to schedule time the next day for a test drive. The only real gripe I have is that one of the features mentioned in the ad, a six-disc changer, was not an actual feature in the car. I didn't notice it until after the purchase, and although Carl was apologetic, nothing more than the apology was offered. Clearly this wasn't a deal breaker, but 1) the dealership should ensure accuracy in their materials, and 2) it would be nice to have mistakes addressed in some tangible way. The car was a great deal for the price paid, so as I said my experience was good, but not perfect, and I would consider returning to purchase another vehicle there. More
