Everyone here was so helpful. I explained my financial situation to Carl ( my salesman) and he did everything within his power to get me the car payment I could afford at a good rate. There was never any situation to Carl ( my salesman) and he did everything within his power to get me the car payment I could afford at a good rate. There was never any pressure to buy or push me into another car that I wasnt interested in. Everyone was great to work with, and I am in love with my new car and the price! GO HERE and ask for Carl!!! More

My wife and I drove 2 hours to Singh Auto World looking for a car we saw advertised on Cars.com. We test drove a couple of cars and I fell in love with a 2007 Infiniti G35 Coupe. This was the car I have for a car we saw advertised on Cars.com. We test drove a couple of cars and I fell in love with a 2007 Infiniti G35 Coupe. This was the car I have always wanted, so we purchased it. When I went to put insurance on the car, I noticed the VIN # was only 6 digits which I had never seen before. The agent could not look the car up so I looked at the car on the dash where the VIN ID is usually in the dash. It had been removed. This was odd to me, after having the car for almost 3 weeks I hadn't received any payment info in the mail so I called Singh and talked with Bill. He said the loan couldn't be processed for some reason and he was looking at a different bank for the financing. I asked him about the 6 digit VIN # and he said that this vehicle was a Theft Recovered Vehicle. We were never made aware of this by Al our salesman, or by Bill when we were doing the paperwork. Bill insisted that the title was "Clean" and had the police reports etc... I was irritated that I was never made aware of this up front. I immediately started doing some research and found out that a Theft Recovered vehicle is hard to trade in and this would affect the resale value and audience. Still wanting more information about the vehicle's value, I called my insurance company and talked with a local claims Manager (with 17 yrs. experience) and asked him if a theft recovered vehicle is worth less. He told me that it definitely is worth less and if it was in an accident and deemed a Total Loss, that because it was a total loss they would only cover between 30-50% of the cars value. To put this into perspective, the car sale price was $20K, if totaled; we would only receive a check from the insurance company in the amount of $6K to $10K. This would leave us with a balance of $10K to $14K still owed on the car and the car would be gone. The Agent said that because it was stolen and recovered in New Jersey then sold at an auction in PA the dealer that purchased the vehicle can then apply for a new PA title, thus making it "Clean". If a claims agent had to do a claim on a vehicle, the first thing he would look at on the car would be the VIN #. With it being removed they would be able to trace the history and know it was stolen, paid for by another insurance company, and at a later date recovered by the police. Therefore the value would be greatly reduced to the 30% to 50% of the vehicles normal value. This fact was never reported on the CARFAX, and the PA DMV and New Jersey DMV don't communicate this type of information. I spent hours cleaning and waxing this car only to find out all of this. Knowing this now, I couldn't be comfortable driving this vehicle knowing the liability that I would have if it had been totaled. After learning all this I called Singh back and told them if they knocked the price down a lot, therefore limiting my liability, that I would consider keeping the car because I really liked it. They said they couldn't do anything with the price and technically since the loan wasn't processed they would take the car back if I wanted to. The biggest problem that I have is that they buy this type of car probably with the largest margin because of the Theft Recovery and then retail it as a good clean car. Of course they want the car back so they can sell it to someone else who hasn't figured all of this out. The fact that they are willing to put their customers in this type of situation and this much liability is in my opinion a very poor business practice, a customer would never know this until they went to trade or sell the car, or worst case the car was totaled and they find out that they are now out $10k-$14k. I told them to come and get their car, because I didn't want to live with that kind of liability and I don't understand how this practice is legal. I will never do business at Singh Auto World again, and I warn everyone who considers them to make sure the vehicle has a 17 digit VIN # for starters. We had bought the car with the stipulation that a trim piece on the driver’s side door handle would be replaced, the sport wheels had hit a curb pretty hard and needed to be fixed. Our salesman said they would take care of it. He gets into the car to move it around back and when he backs it out he caught the front fairing on the curb, breaking it and leaving a huge yellow scuff on the bottom of the front fairing. It also broke the plastic on the inside of the wheel well. This also needed to be fixed. When we came back a few days later to pick it up, there was a huge dent that was in the passenger's door that was poorly popped out and very visible. This was not there when we originally looked at and purchased the car. Because I didn't have any proof I couldn't do anything about it, and didn't feel like driving 2 hours each way again to deal with it. After getting it home I notice that the entire car had been repainted at some point as well. They "fixed and painted the wheels" when I rubbed a little spot on the wheel with my fingernail it took the paint right off. Very poor quality job was done on many aspects of the car. Again I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I had a very good experience purchasing a used car from Singh Auto World. I mostly worked with Joseph who was very helpful, though Jassi was helpful, too. Everybody at Singh's was very friendly and appro Singh Auto World. I mostly worked with Joseph who was very helpful, though Jassi was helpful, too. Everybody at Singh's was very friendly and approachable. I did not feel pressured into making a purchase, and I believe they were honest and straightforward. I was struggling between two different cars and one of the other employees recommended the lesser expensive one because he beleived it was more reliable. Although my decision to buy a car from them was based on their competative pricing (easily the most competative within at least 50 miles according to my search via Cars.com), he reinforced my decision to purchase from them rather than getting another dealer to beat their price. I would strongly recommend Singh Auto World to a friend. More

This is the Singh dealer on Rte. 191. Their website was very helpful. They were very flexible and even after I returned to pick up the car I bought they were willing to send the car to the Nissan garage wh very helpful. They were very flexible and even after I returned to pick up the car I bought they were willing to send the car to the Nissan garage when we complained both about a "service engine" light on and about a possible transmission problem. Still under warranty. They agreed to change the rear tires which were incompatible. The car might have been driven hard. Overall, they were responsive to complaints.I would have liked more info. on what to look for on leased cars purchased at auction and what the range of mileage, service, etc of cars of comparable years might be.The large number of cars was good on one hand but confusing in making an informed decision. Good group overall though. More
