1/18/2018 - Update Rear screeching noise still not fixed. Last mentioned back in October 2017, I picked the car up only to find bolt were missing from my hood and right rear door and the noise from the right rear I was told they found the issue and it was a bad Strut. The part has been on Back Order for some time they tell me and placed an order at that point and will call me as soon as the part comes in. I called a total of 10 times in Jan 2018 after the holidays to no one ever returning my phone call not once. I left messages for my service advisor and his manager only to end up driving down to the dealer in person a week later to set an appointment to which I talk to the parts counter and found out that that Back ordered part arrived back in November 20th, 2017 and i was not notified one time. So as of today they replaced that right rear strut that they were 100% certain was the culprit only to write on the invoice that there is still the noise coming from the rear but conveniently states that the strut was replaced because the old part was "also making noises". However the car is still not fixed, this is about the 10th or more visits to this dealership and it seems every time I get the car back something else is bad. My blind spot warning on the passenger side is still spastic and tells me a car is next to me when nothing is there, the car has been surging inconsistently when on gas only, right front tire keeps loosing air but they cant find a puncture or any issues, my interior is shot from all the repairs not i have creases in the head liner, pry marks on the plastics, mis-aligned interior panels..... and so on and so on. All issues have been documented, pictures and videos taken and numerous invoices to show how this dealer treats their customers. At one point their own "2nd" auto repair shop that they contracted out stated that the car has a defective weld that is cracked and that they have seen this in other GM vehicles and had to rip the vehicle apart to re-weld. Lets see where they'll have me go from here!
