I arrived and was told 30 minutes or so to hook up to a computer and run diagnostics. Problem " communication module not ?"see dealer if this continues. After approx 1 hour I had to go back to work, took my car and left. This is not the first time I have lost hours of my life at Simi Toyota. If I could give you a 0 I would. More

Service is always recommending the same hybrid coolant change, for every hybrid we own. My 80 year old father went, and they performed useless services ($900+).
