I received a very nice phone call from my service rep. reminding me to make another appointment for my routine servicing that I missed because of the fires. Debbie is absolutely the best. When I called reminding me to make another appointment for my routine servicing that I missed because of the fires. Debbie is absolutely the best. When I called I wanted to drop the car off in the afternoon for service the next day. When I arrived Debbie told me that the car may be ready later the same day if I wanted. I was able to get a shuttle ride after I dropped the car off, and later in the day the car was done, and shuttled back to pick up my car. Awesome!! She saved my Saturday!! Thanks Debbie Seeger ! More
