Got my car traded in so I don't get fcked over again and I've been trying to get a hold of Steven Rivera in the finance dep amount of money from you. He can't even reply to my email of me asking a simple question even though he was so active prior to that when trying to get my paperwork done to see that my car has been successfully traded in. They didn't give me a copy the contract, I was told I was going to be a cosigner, but they didn't clarify that I was going to be the sole signer, they didn't even have the car in the lot so I didn't even drive it out their lot when I did sign. I was kept up to date along the process and knew where things stood. Communication is excellent. My only suggestion is to run more than one shuttle on Saturdays when service is particularly busy.
