A bit disappointed with the communication from the service member. They had the wrong phone number and the wrong vehicle details. My son was getting notifications about his car even though it was my c service member. They had the wrong phone number and the wrong vehicle details. My son was getting notifications about his car even though it was my car was in service. For 45 min I had no update besides my son send me the video. More
