I traded in my practically new 2024 Toyota Rav4 for a newer 2025 Toyota Rav4 and wanted to have my extended warranty moved from one car to the other. I was first told that it was impossible because "that newer 2025 Toyota Rav4 and wanted to have my extended warranty moved from one car to the other. I was first told that it was impossible because "that's the way it's done here". Later, I was told it COULD have been done...but this was after the sale was already done. Then I was told I could get a refund of my old warranty that I paid, but ONLY because I asked about it! Nobody there ever offered me this option; I had to ask! They could have solicited all this info before to save me any problems, but they didn't. Very disappointed. More
