I made the terrible mistake of buying a maintenance plan and warranty with them when I bought a car from them. They have terrible service as always. It takes the over 4 hours to do a scheduled oil change. They don’t have car service so you are stuck waiting the entire time. They do not know how to service the Audi I bought from them. So the service lights are never reset and the last time they rotated the tires they did not reset the tire pressure lights which leaves it to me. Also I bought a warranty through them and in order for me to use to they require me to pay a diagnostic service fee to tell them if it is covered by warranty. My airbag light came on and they said I needed to pay to see if it is under warranty. Makes no sense. So I will never ever buy another car from them and would never recommend it. Lastly, they are not very courteous scheduling an appointment or providing updates when I am there waiting for my car. I would give no stars if possible More

Detailed inspection in 45K maintenance service. Front engine insulator replaced due to tension loss and sagging emitting noise. Brought our 2022 vehicle in for an oil change and a couple recall repairs. No check engine light was on at drop-off so for their technician's to allow us to pick it up with a new check engine light on couple recall repairs. No check engine light was on at drop-off so for their technician's to allow us to pick it up with a new check engine light on and a full gauge issue showing >1 mile of fuel without thinking they should double check why car was in and confirm why the dash appears as it does is unprofessional. It was hard enough that this service took the entire day before we called to get status at 5:00pm, this was a Saturday evening which we had to return the car right at close and were not able to pick up until Monday. The error was caused by a technician not reconnecting the "fuel line clip" causing the car to appear out of gas and the check engine light on. Caused unnecessary delays and loss of use of car so hopefully the dealership finds a way to have their employee's double check their vehicles to avoid unnecessary issues for their customers. More
