After I dropped my car off, I requested a quote for services on the website and received a call from your representative. I was informed there was a special and it would cost about $130. I told them I just dropped my car off and was charged $176. they said they were able to give my the discounted price. Your website needs to include prices for services when you book appointments online. Also, as a first time customer, why was I not informed of this special in the first time. I’ve taken my car to 2 other Toyota dealerships and your place was by far the most expensive. Will not be returning for service due to high price and overcharging customers. More

It took too long to agree on a final price for the truck. I wanted a lower price on the truck and still feel I paid too much.
