Poor Customer Service!!! Went in to turn in my Ford at 7:55am for a diagnostic test on my transmission since it was slipping. My service advisor, Hunter Jacobson, notified me Went in to turn in my Ford at 7:55am for a diagnostic test on my transmission since it was slipping. My service advisor, Hunter Jacobson, notified me that it would most likely be in all day since its a transmission issue. I was fine with that; however what I am not ok with is the lack of communication this dealership has with its customers. After 3pm rolled around I had received no updates so I called up and asked what is the status on my car. I tried calling Hunter, leaving a couple of voice messages with no return phone call. I finally get a hold of him and he says that my car wasn't even looked at and that he will ask the technician for a time estimate. I really did not want my car to stay overnight so I informed Hunter to let me know if it that would have to be the case so I can plan accordingly. And of course, he never called. I tried calling and left a message with the front desk receptionist to hand to Hunter and still didn't receive any phone call back. Long story short, my car stayed overnight with no one informing me that it would. The next day was a another chase around trying to get information on my car. I tried to get in contact with a manager and even got in contact with the website help service to have a manager get in contact with me. I eventually was promised a manager would call me, but no one did. I finally just went to the dealership myself and waited around for about an hour until I finally had Hunter get me my papers and my keys back. After all of that chasing, I was told that my car was fine, even though my transmission is continuing to slip and now I have a service required light on my dashboard. I do not recommend this place at all for their service! I am now forced to take my vehicle to another Ford Dealership to have the issue fixed. More

Greeted by amazing shuttle service The people were great. The service was timely. Things to improve on is the hard scrape. Dealership looks older, not updated. I do miss having vehicle washed at end of service. I guess first impression is a no frills, older place. But kudos to the people they were so pleasant. All in all would take older dealership with kind smiles over pretty and fake smiles. More
