Ours service agent was not there at the time we dropped off the vehicle and there seemed to , but it was taken care of in a moderate amount of time. Carmen did keep in contact with us each day of the three days they had the vehicle which is an improvement. The Service Manager Teri Gayheart has always been very accommodating and helpful. I have had to bring the vehicle in 5 times since we purchased it in April 2014 and have seen improvement with the attention this service department provides each time. I think this service department is gradually shaping up to what is expected of a Ford service department. More

I dropped my Mustang off for a routine service appt. I was contacted and told there was a nail in my tire and it could not be repaired. I was then told that all of the tires were in bad shape and needed r was contacted and told there was a nail in my tire and it could not be repaired. I was then told that all of the tires were in bad shape and needed replaced. I was quoted almost $900 for new tires. Since car had only 10000 miles this did not sound right. I told the service person I knew the owner of a tire co and I would take it there. She called me back a few min later saying she was mistaken and I only needed 2 tires. I took the car to Tire Man in Thousand Oaks and they plugged the nail hole and rotated the tires. The owner told me the tires had at least 5000 miles left. Don't let Simi Ford do any work on your car unless it is covered under warranty. They are very dishonest. I had similar issues when I bought the car and the owner had to get involved. Stay away! More
Called in advance for routine service. Told what time to bring it in. Was told one hour. When I dropped it off I was told 1.5 hours. When I called back 2 hours later it had not been started nor had I eve bring it in. Was told one hour. When I dropped it off I was told 1.5 hours. Bought a new Flex and was told multiple times that it had one of the options included. The next day, I discovered that the car did not have the option they said it had.
