Jeff was great to work with. He wasn't pushy at all. He was honest all the way through and worked hard to get us the truck we wanted. So instead of getting the new truck right away with the tailgate we didn't want, we went back to Jeff at Sill Terhar and were willing to wait 6 to 8 weeks for the truck we wanted. We purchased a Ford Edge through Jeff Callies in November of last year. Our experience was very positive so i returned to him last week to purchase a truck. Go Ford had a truck with the right amount of options at the right price and was able to offer a lower interest rate. This was done without a great deal of haggling. Regardless, if we were to buy another vehicle, we will always give Jeff the first shot at our business. He is knowledgeable, honest and very easy to work with. About a year ago my husband test drove a Ford Edge from Sil Terhar Motors in Broomfield, Co but didn't purchase at that time. He decided to try to get another year out of the car he had been driving. Over that year I met Angela Boese, a sales rep who works at Sill Terhar so I told my husband to go see her when he got the new car bug again this year. He called me about 30 minutes after meeting Angela to tell me what a nice person she was and that they were going for a test drive. Two hours later he asked me to come down to Sill Terhar to see the new Edge he just bought!, That evening as we were driving around in his new car he talked as much about Angela and her kindness as he talked about his new wheels. We were just thrilled with how laid back, patient and informative Angela Boese was and we couldn't give her a higher recommendation!! More

We leased a 2012 Ford Edge Limited and had a trade in, and both Salesmen, Jeff Callies and Mike Donohoe, and others of Sill-TerHar Motors, worked with us in every possible way to accommodate our needs, an and both Salesmen, Jeff Callies and Mike Donohoe, and others of Sill-TerHar Motors, worked with us in every possible way to accommodate our needs, and arrive at a comfortable transaction and monthly payment. The finance gentleman Bobby,not sure his last name, had everything in order for us to get the paperwork handled, and on the day the car was ready for pick up, they had a special area garage, where they delivered the car to us, and had it all detailed and filled with gas. Jeff went over all the new information we needed to get in the car and go, plus they assured us that whenever we needed anything, just come in and they would accommodate us on that service too. We felt like they were family and, we have purchased 4 or 5 new vehicles from them since the early 80's and because of their good customer service, we keep coming back...We (my husband and I) completely would recommend them for car needs. Also, we received a very nice thank you card from each of the salesmen with 2 free oil changes. More
