I had a couple of recalls on my Escape I called about 2 months ago and was put on a waiting list for the first recall. I was told they’d let me know when they had the parts. Brody called and we set up a mo months ago and was put on a waiting list for the first recall. I was told they’d let me know when they had the parts. Brody called and we set up a mobile service, I also asked about the second recall and was told they would take care of it. Greg came to my work place with their mobile service and took care of the first recall within 30 minutes. He did an inspection for the second recall and I was told he’d be back to fix that once he had the parts. Within 4 days I had another mobile appointment and the second recall was corrected. Both gentlemen who helped me were awesome. My recalls were done without any inconvenience to me and in a timely fashion. This service is great!! I would definitely use this mobile service again. I had to leave a 1 because it will not accept 0! My example is based on an Order placed Nov 15, 2021, for a 2022 vehicle. Order was supposed to get converted to a 2023 due to supply chain issues. Instead, the order was overwritten with someone else's order in September 2022. After 9 months of repeatedly reaching out to the dealership and salesman was finally told 9 months later that the vehicle Ford Motor Company and I were tracking as mine - was not. It wasn't until I walked in the door 605 days after the original order was placed, that I was informed that they had made a mistake, and that the vehicle was not going to get built in 2023. After all that, all they offered was "I'm sorry"! More
