I can’t believe that our car has been there for so long- over a week! - and my husband had to call several times just to find out the PLAN. This is the third time we’ve brought it in for a check engine ligh over a week! - and my husband had to call several times just to find out the PLAN. This is the third time we’ve brought it in for a check engine light in 3 weeks. Supposedly after two “All point inspections.” Terrible service and communication. More

For just an oil change it took about 1 1/2 hours. Seems like a long time. Typically when I get an oil change they top off my DEF but that didn’t happen this time. Would have been nice.
