Customer service is always courteous and friendly. They do a good job of keeping you up to date on your upcoming vehicles maintenance needs. Overall very satisfied. However, on the last visit, they changed a tire for us and just threw the tire in the cargo area instead of returning it from where the spare goes. The hubcap was just thrown in the back instead of returning in place on the wheel. Laziness? More

Had a tire that needed air two weeks in a row. No reservation was to be had on Friday, called PV Toyota for reservation. Got one, and they could not find the flaw in the tire. Came back to Sierra Toyota and found the nail causing the tire to lose 8 pounds of air. More
