Tomas was great. My daughter heard him talking to me over the phone and when I hung up up she said “ Wow he sounded like such a nice guy”. And indeed he was. Customer service is always courteous and friendly. They do a good job of keeping you up to date on your upcoming vehicles maintenance needs. Overall very satisfied. However, on the last visit, they changed a tire for us and just threw the tire in the cargo area instead of returning it from where the spare goes. The hubcap was just thrown in the back instead of returning in place on the wheel. Laziness? More
