Michael was referred from a friend who bought a SUBARU FORESTER. I originally met with him in July and after an interview he knew exactly what I wanted. He ordered a new 2022 SUBARU FORESTER for me. Overall I am quite satisfied with Sierry Subaru of Monrovia. The one area that I think could use some work is in explaining the EFB or start-stop batteries that are required in Foresters. I spoke with Monrovia. The one area that I think could use some work is in explaining the EFB or start-stop batteries that are required in Foresters. I spoke with several people over the course of my experience with a dead battery and gradually came to an understanding about the batteries, but I think the explanations from service staff could have been better. Although I was shown alignment pages I also would have appreciated a brief rundown on the life left in the tires and anything else that was notable during the 30,000 mile servicing. Jaime Vega was my main contact but I spoke to several other people as well. The technician who set my clock and replaced the battery in my key fob was excellent. The customer waiting area was clean and quiet which I appreciated. Thank you. More

The dealership is nice, clean, and a friendly staff. I'm not going to blame them for the cost of my service, however, it was OUT OF CONTROL. $127.00 for an oil change. Yes, you are reading that correctl I'm not going to blame them for the cost of my service, however, it was OUT OF CONTROL. $127.00 for an oil change. Yes, you are reading that correctly. Granted, I did have full synthetic oil, but come on now... Last time it was $79.00 and that included a tire rotation, but not this time, that was extra. I have 230K on my 2013 Outback, and get the oil changed every 5K miles. I switched from another dealer because of other issues with my sons 2021 WRX-sti purchase. I am going to check around to see what deals I can find next time, because nothing was offered to me for this service. More
