I had severe brake problems. Sierra and their service representative Billy Tam were great. They got the brakes fixed within 2 days as promised. The car runs great. Since the purchase of my car, I’ve been taking it to Honda to get serviced. Prices seem to have gone up a lot lately like everything else…apparently I needed more than just an oil change done. Tina Ming, Service Adviser, provided excellent service. I arrived during the lunch hour and did not have an appointment. She estimated about how long it would take and when my car would be ready.
