I came in for an 1A maintenance minder check-up from my 2020 HR-V. I was told that I would need a major service as I hit 30k miles ($680) that included a transmission fluid replacement. I was told my car a 2020 HR-V. I was told that I would need a major service as I hit 30k miles ($680) that included a transmission fluid replacement. I was told my car alignment was off ($170), I need a brake fluid replacement ($170), and a coolant exchange ($190). Billy Tam told me the brake fluid replacement and coolant exchange was every 3 years. I trusted that and to my surprise after this $1000+ bill, is that my owner's manual has no indication of a 3-year coolant exchange nor was there any justification for the transmission fluid replacement. At this point, I doubt I needed an alignment. I bought my car here and exclusively have gone here for maintenance, I got taken advantage of and I would not trust coming back. More
