Francisco Gutierrez rocks!!! During my car search/purchase for Honda Civic Si (specifically), on my way to Riverside where I had an appointment with the Honda dealership, I glance During my car search/purchase for Honda Civic Si (specifically), on my way to Riverside where I had an appointment with the Honda dealership, I glanced this dealership from the freeway and decided to swing by. Upon entering the establishment, Francisco welcomed me. He must have thought that I was just a window shopper. Once I started stipulating my firm wish: want to purchase an Si, he started to go above and beyond his capacity. Also, Steve -one of the senior sales/dealership managers assisted in the transaction. To cut it short, I liked their approach and ultimately their service; hence they got my business. To prospective shopper(s): do your due diligence and venture out of metropolitan area as it is worth the time and effort. I had visited THIRTEEN Honda Dealerships in the greater Los Angeles area, some sales associates/dealerships went as far as making me uncomfortable with their pushy and sometimes dishonest approach. Others flat out failed to give me a decent service thinking their time is more valuable then conducting business with me -no joke! To sum up, Francisco Gutierrez deserves my review! I definitely recommend Him as well as Steven to any one wanting to purchase their future vehicle. Way to go Francisco!!! See you guys for my service sometime. More

It was a long day but very worth it! I went to buy a new Honda with my mom. Angela had Tim help us find the perfect car. He was patient and let us test drive all the cars we wanted with n I went to buy a new Honda with my mom. Angela had Tim help us find the perfect car. He was patient and let us test drive all the cars we wanted with no hesitation. He gave us his honest opinion of all of the cars and we never felt any pressure during the process. We spoke with Angela before making the final choice and I wanted a Honda Fit, but my mom was not convinced. Angela test drove the fit with my mom to assure her it was a good choice. After deciding on the car, Angela and my mom talked back and forth and gave us a deal that everyone was happy with. With all our questions and decisions and back and forth, it took a few hours. But after we made our choice, everything went swiftly and quickly. We were able to take home our car in the same day of the purchase, they washed the car and helped me customize it and filled up the tank. I was so happy on the drive home because the day ended perfectly. I would rate them 10 stars if I could! Thank you guys so much! More
