I only needed to have my 8000 mile tire rotation that was covered under the new car warranty, so this was a non major event. A video of the car inspection was sent to me showing the inspection of the brakes covered under the new car warranty, so this was a non major event. I forgot to ask when I came in about the Consumer Reports review that was very positive about the Ioniq5 EV except for a part that has been failing and that the replacement parts also have an chance of failing.
