I brought my dad with me because I honestly thought I was going to need backup for the negotiation process, and I was wrong. I told Vinny upfront that I didn’t want to go back and forth-I just wanted his best deal. My dad and I sat in the car while Vinny handled everything and came back with a price I felt great about (and didn't feel the need to negotiate.. and I'm in sales and love a negotiation). I was pretty anxious going into the process, but I never once felt pressured or pushed. I felt informed, listened to, and genuinely taken care of. Vinny, Ryan, and Calen made the entire experience easy and comfortable. I left feeling confident in my decision and incredibly excited about my new car. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My husband and I had an appointment to meet with our salesman Todd Roberts. We went there to lease our second vehicle from him. He was so informative and answered all of our questions. Showed us how to operate the new features on our new car. He is amazing and if you want a great salesman ask for Todd! Our Finance Manager, Hernan was a great guy and did a great job going over our lease paperwork and answered all questions. They also have a new General Manager, Loren. He stopped in as well to make sure our experience was a good one. It truly was a wonderful experience for both of us and it absolutely was!

Worst dealership ever! - amygreving

Worst dealership ever!! Ordered a brand new Yukon Denali in January of 2022 with absolutely no contact from the dealership even though we left messages with the salesman for updates. Continuously saw new vehicles, just like the one we ordered, drive off the lot. Decided to go to a different dealership in January of 2023 and as of today 4/1/23 our new Yukon is getting ready to be shipped to the new dealership. Will NEVER go to Dinsdales for anything ever again!!
