Horrible sales experience. Tom was my sales rep, but after not getting back to me, basically pushed me off on someone else who didn't either. Went to look at new Fusion, but they used the bait and switch to sell me a used fusion picked by them.. the dealership made me a deal on a trade and we agreed on a price. the average person would think thats it but not at Shults Ford. they tacked on 2 percentage points to the loan amount the bank wanted. they a price. the average person would think thats it but not at Shults Ford. they tacked on 2 percentage points to the loan amount the bank wanted. they say thats how they make money. NO KIDDING ! YOU JUST SCREW PEOPLE. i got one percent back but they still screwed me on the other. i took my certified ford car home and was washing it and looking under the hood and saw the battery terminals were coroded and decided to check the air filter all of which is part of the certified program and i found the air filter was clogged and there was a handful of leaves in the bottom of the air cleaner box. took pics! makes you wonder what else they didn't do to my certified auto. this dealership can't be trusted as they just screw you from the time you hit the door until you leave. ASK TO SEE THE LOAN APPROVAL DOC FROM THE LENDER SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU. DON'T GET SCREWED ! BETTER YET DON'T SHOP THERE , AND TELL THEM DAVE TOLD YA. More
