I drive a 2021 4Runner (it is my 5th 4Runner, I LOVE THEM!) and I bought it new. In May I paid for an alignment, and had to take my vehicle back in July because of a "knocking" in my steering column an THEM!) and I bought it new. In May I paid for an alignment, and had to take my vehicle back in July because of a "knocking" in my steering column and the car was still not aligned. I was told something wasn't tightened correctly after the alignment, so they fixed that but noticed I had a leak in my powersteering line. They fixed that, but, when I picked it up my 4 runner was out of balance. When I called to inform it was out of balance they told me to bring it back...picked it up after that visit. Still out of balance and pulling to the right as if it was out of alignment. Which required me to take the vehicle back to the service department when they told me the rack and pinion needed to be replaced. Thank goodness it is still under warranty so I only had to pay a deductible to have the 2 bigger items fixed, but this was 4 trips and multiple days without my car to have issues discovered and fixed. The service was great and their communication with what was needed was also great. My problem is with the 3% service charge on using your debit card.
