First time taking my car at this location. Amazing service and employees. Eric (shuttle) was on time picking us up from our house. Very courteous and friendly.
I worked with Meghan Oliver and the repair techs name was Michael. Both were super friendly, very transparent, and did everything they could to ensure my repairs were executed seamlessly. Meghan did a great job providing me with updates on any issues that came along as the repairs were being completed, and Michael did a great job ensuring my truck had a quality repair. Took a little longer than expected, but i'm grateful he was more concerned with it being done right than being done quickly. Thanks again to both of you, and would definitely return to Shottenkirk Toyota for future service and car buying needs.

Michael and Jose were the best. I was a bit of a challenge, but they got me in a car asap. The finance manager, loved his shirt and shoes, lol. He was prepared quick and so courteous. I was impressed by the whole experience, this is the first time I buy a car and not there for hours. I will definitely recommend Michael and Jose to friends and family.
My experience with Bennet is always good. Thorough explains the details of the service that he provides. I did have some communication with a service writer named Aaron. Aran seemed like a good young man, but he probably needs to be trained properly and customer service. I do not put that on Aaron. I put it on whatever training process goes through.
