While the service was fine, I have a big problem with the additional 3% charge for using a debit card and I will not return. While shopping for a third vehicle, I scheduled a service and warranty repair appointment with the service team. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled time and was informed that the warranty part wa and warranty repair appointment with the service team. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled time and was informed that the warranty part was not there and that my truck wasn’t due for an oil change for another 5000 miles but they would recommend a front end alignment for $139 as recommended by Toyota, I proceeded with the recommended service but would have preferred that the entire appointment be deferred until the warranty part was confirmed to be onsite. Now I need to arrange an oil change and warranty part replacement. This could have all been communicated at the request. More

Cory was arrogant when I told him the prices were to high. He did not give a xxxx about my concerns that your prices have gone up considerably.
