The car wash wasn't working, as it wasn't working the last time I came in for service. Part of the reason I don't rebel against paying $87 for a simple oil change is that getting the car washed adds VALUE to the visit. In this case, I had a slow leak in a tire and they charged me $29 for the work. I think a QUALITY dealership would have no-charged me for the tire, in deference to the fact that the car wash wasn't working and WE BOUGHT A CAMRY XSE at your dealership!
