We recently bought a 2010 Toyota Sienna from Jerry Durant. Michelle was our salesperson and Will was the finance guy. They were both on the ball and paid attention to what we wanted. I love this dealership. I bought my daughter a car there about 2 years ago and was very happy then. I decided I needed something a little bit bigger than what I was driving and they were the only dealership about 2 years ago and was very happy then. I decided I needed something a little bit bigger than what I was driving and they were the only dealership I considered even though I had moved from the area. It was well worth the trip. Their staff goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers including staying open much later while I explored my options. With the large selection it was hard to choose. On this occasion I worked with Darrell Marriot and Will Green who are very courteous, answered all my questions, and were very kind and patient with me. I have met other staff there on other occasions while having my daughter's car maintence service done and they are all exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable. From the first conversation I had with Darrell, my salesman, I knew I was at the right place and would be taken ca have ever had with ANY dealership. Darrell & I were looking at the inventory when the sales manager, Chad, went out of his way to greet me and be sure I was being taken care of. I never once felt like I was being pressured to buy something I didn't want, & I didn't have to haggle back and forth to get a good honest price; it was just right already! It more than surprised me when I received follow up calls from both Darrell & Chad making sure I was happy with my purchase. Even in finance with Will, I can only say great things. I've definitely found the dealership with the best staff, service, quality & quantity of inventory, and the list goes on. Hal was very patient and friendly with us in letting us know what our options were and what else they dealership could do in helping us but a cat from them. We liked the offer that they gave us and decided to go ahead and buy the 2010 Toyota Camry. We then waited about 15-20 minutes to sit down and talk with the business manager, Will Green and he was also very friendly and patient with us and letting us what out options were and how much it would cost to buy the car. My wife and I never felt any pressure from them the whole time that we were there and that is something that I look for when I am buying a car. We were treated like we were like family and not just another customer. They did everyting that they said they would do with regards to buying a car from them and there were no changes or surprises as we went through the buying process.This dealership went above and beyond what one would normally expect when it comes to buying a car.
