The Shottenkirk Honda service department has always been fabulous, and I've been going there since 1991. Tom and Jennifer have always been incredible, and the last two times I went for service I felt so for fabulous, and I've been going there since 1991. Tom and Jennifer have always been incredible, and the last two times I went for service I felt so fortunate to have Christian take care of my car and the schedule. He goes beyond all expectations, is so friendly, so thorough, and always a pleasure to deal with. He deserves a raise! So do Tom and Jennifer! They are really what keeps our community going to Honda, because it's a known fact that the Honda Shottenkirk sales department is awful (read the Next Door comments going back for years and also I've experienced this myself). But the service department customer-facing employees are outstanding. More

Was difficult to schedule service using the website. Had to call. Folks very friendly when I arrived and very thorough when reviewing the work that needed to be done. Unfortunately, the estimated 1 to 2 hour time frame was extended to 4 hours. I had to go up and ask in person for an update after 2 and 1/2 hours. It almost seemed like they had forgotten that I was waiting for the car rather than dropping it off. I asked for a wash and was disappointed when I finally got the car back that it had not been washed. Small issues, really, but it is why I did not give a five-star rating. More
