Took over 2 hours of waiting. I agreed to $165 "checkout fee got NOTHING for the fee: they diagnosed a month they already diagnosed 6 months prior - for which I was charged nothi I agreed to $165 "checkout fee got NOTHING for the fee: they diagnosed a month they already diagnosed 6 months prior - for which I was charged nothing. This time: she diagnosis, same work around (instead of $350 repair). Work around has worked PERFECTLY for over 6 months. This time I paid $165 fee for same diagnosis as 6 months ago, same free workaround. BUT, I was charged tax AND $5 service fee for same diagnosis, same "no-problem" problem, same free work around. I receive NOTHING for $185. SHOTTENKIRK has been my absolute SOLE maintenance, tire priced since I bought my 2014 Insight from Shottenkirk. While waiting for my $185 ripoff, I talked with a sales rep since I was there. I intended to purchase a another hybrid before Christmas, now I will NOT shop at Shottenburk,, The service manager that recently retired acted like she wanted to save me money whenever I had you service my Honda. Now, I feel like the service department is trying to over charge me every time I come in. Can you help me with this problem. I'll be glad to come n to talk to you about it.
