Jesse, the sales manager, gave me a fair deal on both the purchase price of my new vehicle and my trade-in without any games or back-and-forth. Alex in finance made the paperwork quick, easy, and painless. I already had pretty good credit and a pre-approved loan through Honda Finance, and they respected that. There was absolutely no pressure to buy extended warranties or other add-ons, which was refreshing. The entire experience was honest, efficient, and completely free of the typical dealership xx. P.S. If you're in the Huntsville area, I'd recommend making the extra 30-minute drive to Decatur. It was well worth it for the better buying experience. Overall, I'm extremely happy with both the purchase price and the entire process. I'd gladly buy from them again. More
