I had my Honda Odyssey serviced here and had a repair done on a second visit. The service advisor was really prompt and courteous, and kept me up-to-date on what was going on. Before becoming shottenkirk I had a really bad experience with the showroom and also the service department but since becoming shottenkirk and you got rid of a lot of people and turned this dealership around with the showroom and also the service department but since becoming shottenkirk and you got rid of a lot of people and turned this dealership around in Decatur I’m glad that stopped in and was able to have a great experience.
