Dodge bumper to bumper is a lie. I paid extra when I purchased this vehicle. I was told it would cover bumper to bumper. I had this car in last December and was t told if anything we I paid extra when I purchased this vehicle. I was told it would cover bumper to bumper. I had this car in last December and was t told if anything went wrong with car it was covered, not true so when I brought car in I had to pay 1600.00 as my repair was not covered. Makes wonder what else is not covered. I feel I was misled by the Dodge salesman when I purchased this vehicle. More

When you schedule a service specifically for a warranty purpose and they don't bother to tend to it Or event attempt to look into it even though you called up front and requested it. The very simple version is Paul Aceto, took my call after McKinney released my wrangler to me (3rd time) in unsafe condition and then brushed me off after I reported it. I appreciated Paul as an advisor when McKinney released my wrangler to me (3rd time) in unsafe condition and then brushed me off after I reported it. I appreciated Paul as an advisor when he was at McKinney because he was incredible there. After my last service there on 7/16/24 the death wobble progressively returned, like BAD, BAD! I distraught after calling McKinney and essentially brushed off. I called you guys in Prosper 🤞🏻 Paul had not left for the day. Whoever answered flagged him down and I burst into tears on the phone! (You can even ask him) he was able to get me in 8/5/25 and provide a loaner. (We only have one car) Our vehicle is still under manufacture warranty with less than 20,000 miles AND the steering damper was replaced in 11/2023. SO; it was identified, via Paul and the Prosper team, new Track Bar / Drag Link at gear box / another new Steering Damper. I know my message is long but it really does not do my experience with Prosper Service and specifically Paul justice. We cannot thank you and the entire crew enough! I AM working on a public review that is concise! More
