The guy at the front desk was fresh out of training and didn't even know how to explain the engine light codes to me. The guy that did the actual oil change was also fresh out of training and didn't care t didn't even know how to explain the engine light codes to me. Also told me my tires are at 70% when they are clearly not going to make it through the winter. I went to the dealership thinking it's the best place to go with my Chevy, however I was given terrible service by people who didn't know what the xxxx they were doing or talking about. More
