I was “sold” a bumper to bumper service and maintenance package. They didn’t include a copy of what it covered with my sales papers. When I requested Information about it they apologized they were “out” of package. They didn’t include a copy of what it covered with my sales papers. When I requested Information about it they apologized they were “out” of the brochure but bumper to bumper to me says it is covered. I just got my second service and maintenance done on my car. Oh sorry, it does not cover the air filter under service. Really! My twice a year detail also didn’t cover getting my car washed properly. Bugs all over the grill and hood. Surely a detail should include a decent car wash as a minimum. I checked the fluids and tires on my dashboard monitor it showed my oil change good but my tire air pressure was off on 2 tires and it showed my air filter needed to be changed(0%). So I turned around. I was an about a mile from the dealership that I had just left. When I pointed out the poor car wash the first words insinuated I had I run into the bugs since leaving the dealership. Then he looked again and realized I could not have run into that many in the mile since I left and they were not fresh bugs but left over bugs. When I told them it showed the air filter was not showing changed but other services were updated, they said they must have forgotten to reset it. If I noticed these 3 things, what else did they not do or did a sloppy job of? They need to change their language for their overpriced warranty and remove “bumper to bumper” from their sales patter. False and misleading. Do I trust them? No. More
