Brought my car in due to issues with it starting. Picked it up, was told couldn’t find anything wrong with it, potential starter. Picked up my car, couple days later, had trouble starting it. Stopped in the dealership on 5/18, to get more details about what was checked, Colby didn’t make any notes. The advisor I talked to, was able to tell me what was done or checked during that initial visit. How does a batter go bad in 4 days? I feel like I was taken advantage of. I asked if this vehicle was capable on making an extended road trip and received a questionable response. Two short test drives and evaluation of the dipstick and $187.00 they said just drive it. I do not feel this truck is reliable. I am looking into alternatives. Maybe a Dodge. More
