Our experience was not positive, as we have been long-term customers purchasing many vehicles. Our treatment of customer service was very disappointing and we still have not reached any management to discuss these issues. We always like to give businesses the opportunity to redeem themselves with a bad experience, but this is now been over one week with two online forms without response
