Watch Out! They will lie to you ,add $299 Doc fees and tell you it is standard .Maybe for this dealership it is standard( Highest in New Jersey ),$895 appearance package ( That you dont need ,but they wi tell you it is standard .Maybe for this dealership it is standard( Highest in New Jersey ),$895 appearance package ( That you dont need ,but they will tell you that you must have it .Really????)They may seem really nice ,But they are robbing you for way more then anyone should pay Bought the same car for $3,900 less at other dealer three days later ,with a $103 Doc fee and no useless package added.Due you homework and look at all the numbers.Like I said the are very nice ,but say thing like its standard price ,we have to charge you these fees .The price we gave you on the internet is correct,but is does not include these fees???How does a price go from $23,402 tax & tags included ,get to $26,608. Dave was great! I had mechanical issues. The skid control light came on and the car would not drive any further. Upon further examination, they found that it needed a new steering sensor. They also took care of a recall. He researched my warranty to see what was covered. The car was completed in a timely manner and he was courteous, understanding and friendly. More

Lori happens to be my service representative for my 2007 Rav4. She always goes out of her way to help and answer any questions I might have. She keeps me updated on the progress of the work being performe Rav4. She always goes out of her way to help and answer any questions I might have. She keeps me updated on the progress of the work being performed. If parts or accessories are needed or ordered she always follows up with phone calls to remind me they're in. She makes my follow-up appintments in advance and then am reminded on computer before the scheduled date so that I can reschedule if necessary. She always makes my visit a pleasant experience.Lori is a great asset to Shore Toyota and I would have no problem recommending them to family and friends. More
