We have had great experience with Shore Toyota. We moved into area from another part of the state where our Highlander was purchased. Lori Reynolds is my service writer. She always greets me with a big smile, and makes me feel that something good is going to happen there. I originally had trouble with my 2007 Highlander Hybrid (the engine was replaced at 24,000 miles). Lori Reynolds and her excellent service help are really the only reason I decided to keep the car.
