Crooked!! 4mths later and still no registration or title. We have went a few times for temps. Was told dmv was backed up,all lies!!i called dmv and found out th 4mths later and still no registration or title. We have went a few times for temps. Was told dmv was backed up,all lies!!i called dmv and found out the info was never sent in. We were also told by shirley auto groups the reason they have hardly any cars for sale is lack of car titles! I have also been told by one of the salesmen there is talk of bankruptsy, with all this info is what prompted us to call dmv. I admit i shouldve did that sooner, however i never dreamt this could happen and i trusted them.so now its a wait and see what happens for us and i loveeeee my truck! Yes i know we couldve picked a better dealer , but i have bought my other truck yrs ago from here and never had a problem like this and we do not have perfect credit .so upset and outraged by the lies!!btw we do not suspect our very new salesmen knew any of this. Last time i seen him he was looking for a new job. P.s they also said upon fay if pickup that we would have full tank of gas as a promotion and again lies! More
