There were no high pressure tactics, just an afternoon of exchanging information about what I wanted in a car and what they could provide for me. My daughter and granddaughter accompanied me and they were also welcomed and treated with the same respect that I as a potential new Subaru owner was. It was a pleasure working through the internet with Jeff, who responded to my request for information in a real timely manner, Aaron who was so personable and patient with all my questions and made me feel so comfortable and finally Todd, who even made committing me to car payments again a stress free experience!
