As the detailer was not available the salesman Jeff Tallent, and finance director Todd Gaston personally detailed the truck for me. (Most dealerships would have told me to come back during the week, for the detail job on my new truck.) Jeff and Todd our a good example of Great Customer service! We only had email interactions with Aaron Sherer. We were referred through the Costco auto buying program. We thought we knew which car we wanted, but we'd never seen the car in the trim we thought we wanted referred through the Costco auto buying program. We thought we knew which car we wanted, but we'd never seen the car in the trim we thought we wanted and we'd never driven the car, so we couldn't be 100% positive we'd buy the car. We'd never buy any car sight unseen and if we'd never driven one. The dealership had none of the model car we were looking for, but Aaron said he could get one to the lot within an hour or two. He said there were no cars in the model and trim that we wanted available in the color we preferred. He emailed and asked us which of the two available colors we would prefer and we told him. He then emailed back and said that it would be easier to talk on the phone, so we called him. That was when he said that we'd have to pay a deposit before the car could be brought to the lot. We were not at all willing to pay to have a car brought to the dealership when we didn't know for sure we'd want to even buy it. The Costco program requires buyers to actually go to the dealer in order to find out the Costco price, and it wasn't worth driving the one hour drive to and from our home just to find out the price on a car that was not even actually available at the dealership. We bought our car in our first choice color at Future Nissan in Roseville. Brandin Tenns, the Internet Sales Director, got the car on the lot for us in a few hours and we weren't required to pay anything. More

Bottom line, we couldn't be happier with the way we w dealers and networks, and had hooked up with Shingle Springs Subaru through the Costco program.
