Extremely Satisfying Experience I purchased a Jeep Willys from Esteban. From the start he was knowledgeable and courteous, and gave my wife and I a long test drive in the vehicle. I purchased a Jeep Willys from Esteban. From the start he was knowledgeable and courteous, and gave my wife and I a long test drive in the vehicle. Esteban and the sales manager Joon worked very closely with me to get to the payment that I needed to be at. The only way to get to that was to give me a great offer for my trade in, with no back and forth, and especially lower the cost of the vehicle on my terms to get us into the truck on the spot. Esteban followed up with me to make sure everything was just right and I think he truly cared even after the sale. I am recommending him to my friends who are also looking to for a car. Do yourself a favor and experience way less hassle, ask for Esteban right when you walk in. More
I told them my price range but was brought a higher car then what my price range was but I also was told I can get on a split payment plan “the smart plan” is what it’s called. When it was time to pay the note the leaser told me there was no such thing. So I’m stuck with an expensive note, within 7days I tried to return the vehicle for a lower interest rate they told me I couldn’t. My navigation system never worked,I should’ve checked the night I got the car. My bumper was detached or something I was told they can fix it but the supervisor for sales never answers his phone. 6months later my alternator goes bad remind you my car is a 2016, they can’t fix it because my warranty doesn’t cover it. It’s a new car I shouldn’t have this problem. First car & I’ve learned my do’s and don’t for my next car and it won’t be from here. More

My wife and I have purchased 12 new vehicles over the years including several luxury European makes and I have always been amazed how even at high-end dealerships where you would expect a higher caliber/class of salesperson I often drove away in a new car disappointed with the behavior I was subject to from the sales force. Sam IS HIGH-CLASS. Sam operated with kindness, integrity, honestly and forthrightness. You will be treated as though he’s your neighbor who is trying to negotiate a deal between you and another party. If you want to be treated well and feel good about the purchase after you drive away, then go to Sam Garner. As far as the dealership and ultimate buying process goes, as always, do your homework and go prepared, final decisions rest with people you’ll never meet. Sam is outstanding and we got the job done!
