Service This time around service wasnt too bad...although I was told it was going tio take at least 4 hrs when I called in...it took about 2 1/2 hours. It would be nice if there were loaners available, not everybody has 4 plus hrs to wait around. But when it's something out of the norm, there always seems to be some issues. Oil change, tire rotation and fuel injection services were good. A recall/update for my GPS/uconnect, nothing but problems. Said they couldn't update it, then wouldn't update, then updated, but it wasn't an update, just reinstalled the same version I already had. Sad that this is how a multiple repeat customer is treated. I've been a loyal Chrysler minivan customer since the 80's, and I really like my Pacifica, but next time????? More

Gave me a single broken key fob that I had to pay to replace and rushed financing instead of waiting for response from the bank I wanted use. I’ve had to come back to the service department an hour from my home three times to fix the same problems, every time making me feel like I’m a stupid woman that doesn’t know what I’m talking about; the whole time justifying the issues I was presenting about the vehicle.
