Over 5 hours to buy a car isn't acceptable. The sales person with whom I worked was very nice. However, the whole process was very slow. I should not have taken the new car the same evening. While the sales person explained quite a bit about the new vehicle, there were a number of features about which little or nothing was said. When I buy a $53,000 car, I expect the tank to have gas in it when I drive away from the dealer. I noticed shortly after leaving, called the sales person, had a bit of a fit, returned to the dealership and went to the gas station with a porter to have the tank filled. The process to over 5 hours to complete. Some of the delay involved "fetching" the new car from the far-away lot, which took almost an hour. Some of the delay was caused by the delay in have the new car prepared, which was done in a rather sloppy manner, with plastic seat coverings, etc., stuffed under the back seat. All in all, it was a long, slow process. More

When I asked Chris G-in service-who usually helps me out, he said that that was only a few free that I had. I left confused because they gave me the impression that my oil changes were covered under warranty. Also, I do not remember being offered this warranty for free oil changes when I bought my car there. So, I felt as though I had been misled and cut short when trying to explain my previous experiences there. More
