Ambience: The dealership is huge,bright,comfortable and modern. There is a coffee,popcorn,kids room and even massage chairs(in case you are waiting for service on your vehicle or need to relax and get your thoughts together when purchasing ;) ) Customer Service: Excellent!!! I walked in without an appointment but I was attended by David as soon as I stepped my foot on the lot. Walking in, I was greeted with a welcoming smile by almost every single person in the Dealership even though I already had a Sales Person to work with.The car I was interested in was brought to me for a test drive very fast even though I had no appointment and they have two huge lots. David Aviles was helping me trough the whole process very patiently,answering all my questions and concerns in a genuine and respectful manner with no hassle or pressure. Forwarded them to the Sales Manager Max who helped by working with me on the price and giving me the best OTD deal. Finance: $0 down payment and great APR % if you have a good credit history!!!Very modern and easy technology for all the paperwork.The lady was nice and answed all my questions on the paperwork even though she seemed a little annoyed by how many I had(I had A LOT :)) Service/Technicians: The vehicle I purchased had a broken windshield that was fixed as soon as the next day.David(Sales) was great in keeping me updated and working with me and my schedule,offering to deliver the car.
