All of the emails came from delila@shermandodgechryslerjeep.motosnap.com. When you ask direct questions, they are summarily ignored. Whether these people are unable to read or understand simple English is unknown. What is for certain is that they just keep trying to get you to come in to the dealership for a test drive and ignore your direct questions. The "We want your business" emails appear to be just headlines, devoid of sincerity. I imagine God is doing us a favor. You try to frequent a local dealer and they treat you so poorly that you go some place else. More

I need to met the owner immediately.i do buy a used car with a big problem on engine .after 16 days I refer back to them they inform me that you buy as as and I sure that they know well this issue in the G with a big problem on engine .after 16 days I refer back to them they inform me that you buy as as and I sure that they know well this issue in the GMC Terrain then they try to convince me that they fixed it and then after few days the same problem occur again.more than 3 visits to this car Dealer whom imagine that they are no 1 dealer and the best in market with nothing change and the car become very risk for me to I do buy the car from mid of November and since this date I go to the showroom more than 4 times although it's 35 miles far from home trying to fix this essential problem on the engine whom totally effect effecieny of the car with no hope even I do my best to return the car and one aggressive guy seems to be sales manager inform me you take it a very stupid word you take as as which mean that he totally aware of this problem upon selling me the car.all i want from them to fix this problem or return the car and this is my totally rights . Worst shopping experience Usually, I buy an used car for my family every 1-2 years, and in the last 15 years, I have worked with over 20 dealerships in Chicago area. Without any exception, all dealerships were very professional and all cars that I bought, were clean, checked from their technician and I never had any major issue. However, shopping at Sherman Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM was the worst experience. I called and scheduled an appointment to see a 2013 BMW. The car was dirty inside, outside and the engine, too. The primary sale person, delegated to a junior agent, the sale manager (Joon) came with a piece of paper, with a price, $2,000.00 over their listing (never heard before such a thing). The manager ensured me that the car was checked and was in perfect shape. Well, it turned out that the car never was checked and the engine gaskets were leaking oil heavily. BMW estimated the initial repair over $3,000.00. I went immediately twice at Sherman dealership (I drove the car less than 500.00) but every one from the sales, to the service and finance turned their back. Joon promised to call me back wit a solution, but I never heard back from anyone. People who buy used cars are protected in Illinois by a law that took effect on July 1, 2017. It requires used car dealers who sell cars “as-is”, even auctions, to provide a limited power train warranty for 15 days or 500 miles, whichever comes first. I'm considering legal actions, because I think it is unfair to sell a car with engine problem Worst experience ever! Never shop to this dealership. More
