This was by far the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. They promised to get me a new key by Monday and have not delivered, I had to make multiple calls to the sales person Charlie the sales buying a car. I was told I would get a call the following day and didn't. The price was high for the type of work done (ETC replacement). The cost was less than the quote which was nice, but it still shouldn't cost 860 bucks to get a throttle body replaced and even though the receipt said no coupon was applied I was "assured" that it had been included (but with not proof?). I may not go back since there is nothing exceptional about this dealer. More
