I brought my daughter's car in for a "check engine" light and water leak f To be honest, I don't know if I am doing Sherman Dodge a disservice or not. I brought my daughter's car in for a "check engine" light and water leak from her windshield. The Service manager was very nice but kept asking me, " have you done THIS service or THAT service" on the car. IF it were my daughter I wouldn't let her drive the car without that being done". He played the guilt card and I don't know if I really needed all the services he suggested. Almost $3000 later, I got the car back. Was i Suckered into unneeded services? I just can't be sure. More

Worst Car Buying Experience By far the worst car buying experience I have had. I drove over three hours to the dealership for a $43k truck and they were not forthcoming about th By far the worst car buying experience I have had. I drove over three hours to the dealership for a $43k truck and they were not forthcoming about the condition of the vehicle. I have purchased a few other vehicles from out of state and have not had this problem. It had a significant dent/paint cracking, rear parking sensors didn't work, interior was dirty, brakes vibrated and significant scratch on driver side door. I guess I put too much stock in it being a CPO and trust in the dealership. I asked to have the items fixed as this was normal in the past at other dealerships when spending that much money on a car, even for a used one. They initially said no and I had to threaten to leave before they flipped and were willing to fix the issues. They lost my trust so I decided to walk away from the deal. I had to get really upset before the would let me leave (they had my key), I started to feel like I was trapped. Sales rep wanted to talk to his managers multiple times and then tried to sell me a new one, knowing there was no way to get it close to my price range. I had to say multiple times that "I am done and I want to leave" before they accepted it and walked me to get my keys. Abe the GM was really unprofessional from the first phone call and the way he acted while I was at the dealership. My sales rep was pretty good, but I don't really feel like he added much value. I understand the "As Is" clause of buying a used vehicle, but I expect that a reputable dealership would be forthcoming about the condition and be willing to fix the vehicle, at least this has been my experience at other dealerships. After leaving the dealership I decided to give them another chance, not sure why, and all it ended up was in them going backwards on the deal and offering me less for my trade. The sales rep said he didn't know about the damage and I honestly believe him, however I also believe that someone at the dealership knew about it and they should have it noted somewhere to able to share with customers. I am sure they will reply to my review with a lot of excuses, but at the end of the day they created a horrible experience for someone trying to buy a $43k vehicle and wasted a ton of my time! Buyer beware of this dealership! More
