Normally service is top notch here and they’re my primary dealership however this past visit, I was both shocked and surprised, not to mention disappointed in the number of employees, salesmen and customers dealership however this past visit, I was both shocked and surprised, not to mention disappointed in the number of employees, salesmen and customers that weren’t wearing face coverings. I witnessed one customer standing at the service podiums having a full conversation with the service agent without any sort of mask at all. Common human decency guys. Do it for your customers. I came from Atlanta to purchase a Ram Pro Master 2500, I`ve purchased one 3 years ago. The first purchase I worked with Sam Garner, very professional and took VERY good care of me. The second go around I I`ve purchased one 3 years ago. The first purchase I worked with Sam Garner, very professional and took VERY good care of me. The second go around I worked with Sam again. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I was VERY disappointed for my second purchase. We went in finance manger office, I could feel the tension in the office right away. I did nothing wrong but purchased a Pro Master for the price that was given to me. The Finance manger was VERY unprofessional. In all the years of purchasing vehicles I never went to a dealership where they sold a vehicle and did not want to put gas in it. I came very close to cancelling the entire sale. I came too far for that type of treatment. I really thought we were building a good rapport, at this point I have NO interest in returning for future purchases. More
